Visa officers reserve the final right to accept or refuse your
application based on your documentation and completeness of
application. If your application is considered “not complete”, it
may be returned to you without any record at the visa office. Just
as the applicant, “immigration visa officers” are humans too, they
also make mistakes in rendering a decision. Most of them are locally
hired from the country where your application is being processed.
These are called ‘Designated Immigration Officers’ who are not
native Canadians and often do not offer any emotional or goodwill
gestures to approve a borderline application. Once your application
is refused by an officer, the file cannot be re-opened. There are
only two choices :
1. Legal appeal ( Judicial review ) by an Canada immigration judge.
2. Make a Fresh Immigration Application with fresh supporting
documents.
Both of the above noted processes can range from 1-3 years.
So, are you sure, you want to take the risk
of submitting an In-complete application or simply under-estimate
certain information of document that may delay your application 3-4
years and drift you further away from your goal ?
It is advisable to take legal counsel and depend on the experience
and legal interpretation expertise from our team BEFORE you submit
your application. If you are looking for powerful legal protection,
ensuring that your rights are protected during the entire
immigration process, then contact us.
Disclaimer : Above noted information should not be construed as a
legal document or a legal opinion. Individual points may vary from
one applicant to another and all selection factors must be discussed
and clarified in detail before finalizing submission of your
application.
